We recommend 75-100mm thickness to achieve optimum weed suppression.

1m3 of mulch at 100mm thick will cover 10m2.

Bark chips break down slower than mulches but don’t add any value to the soil. Top ups are required every 12-18 months.

Mulches break down faster but help to improve the quality of the soil. Top ups would be required every 6-12 months.
